Tracking number not working▾
It can take 24 hours for tracking to update after shipping. Make sure you entered the full number correctly.
Package shows delivered but I don't have it▾
Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early). Check with neighbors. Then file a claim at usps.com/help.
Informed Delivery not showing my mail▾
Not all mail gets scanned. It typically takes 1-2 days to set up. Make sure your address matches exactly.
Change of address didn't work▾
Some mail (like packages) may not forward. Allow 7-10 business days for mail forwarding to begin.
