Low Vision Settings on iPhone
The iPhone has excellent built-in features for people with low vision. These settings will make everything on your screen larger, clearer, and easier to read.
Settings to Turn On

Increase Text Size
Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text → turn ON → slide to comfortable size
Makes all text throughout iOS larger and easier to read.

Bold Text
Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Bold Text → turn ON
Makes text thicker and easier to see against backgrounds.

Increase Contrast
Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Increase Contrast → turn ON
Makes buttons and text stand out more clearly.

Zoom
Settings → Accessibility → Zoom → turn ON. Double-tap with 3 fingers to zoom in/out.
Acts like a magnifying glass for your entire screen.

Display Zoom
Settings → Display & Brightness → Display Zoom → Larger Text
Makes app icons and interface elements bigger.

Smart Invert Colors
Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Smart Invert → turn ON
Reverses colors for better contrast while keeping photos normal.

Speak Screen
Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Speak Screen → turn ON. Swipe down with 2 fingers to hear screen read aloud.

Helpful Tip
Ask Siri to change settings by voice: "Hey Siri, make the text bigger" or "Hey Siri, turn on zoom."
