Macular Degeneration Settings on Chromebook

Chromebook offers magnification and text-to-speech for macular degeneration.

Settings to Turn On

   Full-Screen Magnifier

   Settings → Accessibility → Display → Full-Screen Magnifier → ON

   Magnifies the entire screen.

   ChromeVox

   Settings → Accessibility → Text-to-Speech → ChromeVox → ON

   Built-in screen reader for Chromebooks.

   Select-to-Speak

   Settings → Accessibility → Text-to-Speech → Select-to-Speak → ON

   Select text to hear it read aloud.

   High Contrast

   Settings → Accessibility → Display → High Contrast Mode → ON

   Inverts colors for better visibility.
