Settings to Turn On

Windows + Plus to open. Windows + Plus/Minus to zoom in/out.
Built-in magnifying glass that follows your cursor.

Settings → Accessibility → Narrator → turn ON
Full screen reader that describes everything on screen.

High Contrast
Settings → Accessibility → Contrast Themes → select a theme
High contrast colors improve visibility.

Text Size
Settings → Accessibility → Text Size → increase to 200%+
Makes all Windows text much larger.
Helpful Tip
The Magnifier in "Lens" mode creates a movable magnifying window you can position over whatever you're reading.
