Tremors Settings on Windows PC
Windows includes settings to help with unsteady mouse movements and accidental key presses.
Settings to Turn On

Filter Keys
Settings → Accessibility → Keyboard → Filter Keys → turn ON
Ignores brief or repeated keystrokes from tremors.

Mouse Pointer Speed
Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → Mouse → Pointer Speed → lower it
Slower pointer movement is easier to control.

Snap To
Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → Mouse → Additional → Pointer Options → Snap To → turn ON
Pointer automatically jumps to buttons in dialog boxes.

Voice Typing
Windows + H to dictate instead of typing
Bypass the keyboard entirely.
Helpful Tip
A trackball mouse stays stationary while you move the ball — much easier to use with tremors than a regular mouse.
