Windows 11 includes features for hearing accessibility including live captions and visual notifications.
Settings to Turn On

Settings → Accessibility → Captions → Live Captions → turn ON (or Windows + Ctrl + L)
Real-time captions for any audio on your computer.

Settings → Accessibility → Audio → Flash my screen during audio notifications
Screen flashes instead of playing a sound.

Mono Audio
Settings → Accessibility → Audio → Mono Audio → turn ON
Combines stereo to mono for single-ear hearing.

Settings → Accessibility → Captions → customize text size, color, and background
Make captions larger and more visible.
