How to Fix It — Step by Step

    Swipe down from the top and make sure the mobile data icon is turned on.

    Turn Airplane Mode on, wait 10 seconds, then turn it off.

    Restart your phone.

    Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network and make sure "Mobile Data" is on.

    Check that you have not exceeded your data limit for the month.

    Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Access Point Names and tap the three-dot menu > "Reset to Default".

    Contact your carrier if the problem continues.
