How to Fix It — Step by Step

    Tap "Wait" to give it more time — it may recover on its own.

    If it does not recover, tap "OK" to close the frozen process.

    Restart your phone.

    After restarting, go to Settings > Apps and uninstall any apps you recently installed that may be causing the problem.

    Clear the system cache: turn off the phone, then hold Power + Volume Up to enter Recovery Mode. Use volume buttons to select "Wipe Cache Partition".

    Make sure you have at least 1 GB of free storage.

How to Prevent This in the Future

Do not install too many apps. Keep at least 2 GB of free storage. Restart your phone once a week.
