How to Fix It — Step by Step

    Make sure Location Services is turned on for the app.

    On iPhone: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Uber/Lyft > "While Using the App".

    On Android: Settings > Apps > Uber/Lyft > Permissions > Location > "Allow while using app".

    Go outside or near a window — GPS works better with a clear view of the sky.
