Common Issues & Solutions

The Play Store app is small on screen
Use the web player at open.spotify.com instead — it fills the whole browser window and works great on Chromebooks.
Music stops when I switch tabs
Music should continue playing in the background. If it stops, try using the Play Store app instead of the web player.
Cannot connect to Bluetooth speaker
Go to Chromebook Settings > Bluetooth and make sure it is turned on. Put your speaker in pairing mode. Select the speaker from the list of available devices.
