Tips for Seniors

  • Try searching for music from your era — Spotify has classic hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond.

  • Use "Made for You" playlists on the Home tab — Spotify creates personalized playlists based on what you listen to.

  • Connect to a Bluetooth speaker for better sound quality around the house.

  • Spotify is also great for audiobooks and podcasts — search for topics that interest you.

Common Issues & Solutions

Music keeps stopping
Check your internet connection. If on free Spotify, you need an internet connection to play music. Premium subscribers can download songs for offline listening.
Too many ads on the free version
Ads are part of the free experience. You can upgrade to Spotify Premium for ad-free listening. There is a free 1-month trial available.
I cannot find a song
Try searching by the song title, artist name, or even lyrics. Some very old or rare songs may not be available on Spotify.
