How to Fix It — Step by Step

    Check your internet connection — try opening a website.

    If other downloads are in progress in the Play Store, wait for them to finish or cancel them.

    Open Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache.

    Turn off Auto-Update: in Play Store, tap your profile > Settings > Network Preferences > Auto-update apps > "Don't auto-update".

    Restart your phone and try the download again.
