How to Fix It — Step by Step

    Make sure your Wi-Fi or mobile data is working — try opening a website in Safari.

    Close the App Store app completely: swipe up from the bottom and swipe the App Store card away.

    Open the App Store again and try your download.

    Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure "Set Automatically" is turned on.

    Try signing out of your Apple ID: Settings > tap your name at the top > Sign Out, then sign back in.
