How to Fix It — Step by Step

    Check if Wi-Fi is turned on: click the network icon in the taskbar and make sure Wi-Fi is enabled.

    Some laptops have a physical Wi-Fi switch or a function key (like Fn + F2) to toggle Wi-Fi — check yours.

    Turn off Airplane Mode if it is on.

    Restart your computer.

    Run the Network Troubleshooter: Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters > Network Adapter.
