How to Enable Emergency SOS on iPad / iPad Air

Turn on "Call with Hold and Release".

Note: iPad needs WiFi or cellular to make emergency calls.
Helpful Tip
WiFi-only iPads can only call emergency services if connected to WiFi. Cellular iPads work like phones.
