Settings to Turn On

Voice Control
System Settings → Accessibility → Voice Control → turn ON
Control your Mac entirely by voice.

Dictation
System Settings → Keyboard → Dictation → turn ON. Press Fn Fn to start dictating.
Speak instead of typing.

Sticky Keys
System Settings → Accessibility → Keyboard → Sticky Keys → turn ON
Press modifier keys sequentially instead of simultaneously.

Slow Keys
System Settings → Accessibility → Keyboard → Slow Keys → turn ON
Requires keys to be held longer, preventing accidental presses.

Pointer Size
System Settings → Accessibility → Display → Pointer Size → increase
Makes the cursor larger and easier to position.
Helpful Tip
macOS Voice Control is very powerful. Say "show grid" to overlay a numbered grid, then say the grid number to click precisely.
