Common Issues & Solutions

Upload is slow
Large photo libraries take time to upload. Make sure your internet connection is strong. You can close the tab and upload will continue in the background.
Photos are not showing from my phone
Make sure backup is enabled in the Google Photos app on your phone. Photos may take a while to appear if you just turned on backup.
I cannot find the photo I am looking for
Try the search bar — Google Photos is very good at searching. Check the Trash if you may have deleted it. Make sure you are signed into the correct Google account.
