How to Use Facebook on Windows PC

Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).

Go to facebook.com in the address bar.

No installation needed — Facebook works entirely in your browser.

Optionally, you can install the Facebook app from the Microsoft Store.
2Set Up Your Account
Go to Facebook
Open your browser and go to facebook.com.
Log in
Enter your email and password, then click "Log In." If you are new, click "Create New Account."
Bookmark it
Press Ctrl+D to bookmark Facebook for easy access in the future.
3How to Use Facebook
Browse your feed
The main page shows your News Feed. Scroll down to see posts from friends, groups, and pages you follow.
Post updates
Click "What's on your mind?" at the top to write a post. Add photos by clicking the photo/video icon.
Send messages
Click the Messenger icon (chat bubble) at the top right to send messages. Or go to messenger.com for a full messaging experience.
Browse Marketplace
Click "Marketplace" in the left sidebar to buy and sell items in your local area.
Manage your settings
Click your profile picture at the top right > Settings & Privacy > Settings to control your privacy and account.

Use Ctrl+"+" to zoom in on Facebook and make everything bigger. Ctrl+"-" zooms out. Ctrl+0 resets to normal.
