Common Issues & Solutions

Video quality is poor
Make sure your internet speed is at least 5 Mbps for HD quality. Close other applications using bandwidth. Try a different browser — Chrome and Edge work best.
Netflix is not loading
Clear your browser cache with Ctrl+Shift+Delete. Try a different browser. Check that your internet connection is working.
No sound
Check your computer volume. Click the speaker icon in the taskbar. Make sure the Netflix volume slider (in the video player) is turned up.
