How to Use Gmail on iPad

Common Issues & Solutions

Gmail is not loading emails

Attachments do not open
Tap the attachment to download it. Some file types need additional apps to open. For documents, you may need Google Docs or a PDF reader installed.
I cannot add another email account
Tap the menu (three lines) > Settings > Add Account. Gmail can manage multiple email accounts, including Yahoo and Outlook.
