Common Issues & Solutions

GPS is not finding my location
Make sure location services are on (Android Settings > Location). Restart the app. If GPS is still inaccurate, type in your pickup address manually.
Driver cancelled my ride
This can happen if the driver is too far away or there is a problem. Simply request another ride — you will not be charged for a cancelled ride.
I was charged incorrectly
Open the app > Your Trips > tap the trip > Help. Report the fare issue and Uber/Lyft will review and adjust the charge if appropriate.
